The window
Twelve to fifteen months. That's the space.
The unlisted space is for companies whose IPO sits roughly a year out. Close enough that the business is mature and the filing is in motion. Early enough that you are still ahead of the public market.
12 to 15 months is the ideal window, not a promise. The actual timeline rests on the promoters' conviction to bring the IPO and on regulatory approvals; listings can move, and sometimes don't arrive.
